The more specific the first request, the faster a cost-down or second-source discussion can become useful. If you have a current datasheet, drawing, sample photo, target price, quantity forecast, mounting photo, or test condition, mention it in the notes. If the exact model or length is not yet fixed, give the nearest range and the limit that cannot be exceeded.
The quote request concerns the physical fiber drum and payout component. Customer-side protocol, video, and sky/ground equipment choices are not required in the first form; they can be discussed separately after the physical integration boundary is clear.
